Achieve Spine And Orthopaedic Centre (ASOC) is the first private Spine and Orthopaedic Centre in Singapore which offers the full range of both uniportal and biportal endoscopic spine surgery options for treatment of simple to complex cervical, thoracic, lumbar spinal conditions. This is in addition to traditional open and minimally invasive microscopic spine surgeries which the centre offers.

In ASOC, patients will undergo assessment by its experienced doctor to establish a clinical diagnosis; subsequently the patient will undergo investigation if deemed necessary in ASOC’s large network of radiological and laboratory partners. ASOC works with high standard patient centric rehabilitation centres for spine and orthopaedic related conditions.

In ASOC, we treat patients with all kinds of Orthopaedic and Spinal Conditions. In particular, we are experienced in handling: degenerative spinal conditions such as degenerative disc disease, spinal stenosis, herniated lumbar/cervical/thoracic disc leading to sciatica or radiculopathy, spinal fractures, spinal infection, spinal oncology or tumor.

Our doctor is trained in Canada, Germany, South Korea, Japan and New Zealand. Having a wide spectrum of perspective in spinal and orthopaedic surgeries in different continents, our doctor can tailor the necessary surgical treatment with the optimal benefit and least invasiveness/damage to the patient in order to achieve the patient’s treatment target.

We provide advanced technology for surgeries that include:

-Endoscopic spine surgery in cervical/thoracic/lumbar regions for decompression surgery and discectomy surgery.

-Minimally invasive (percutaneous) spinal fixation, spinal stabilization and deformity correction and scoliosis surgery.

-Anterolateral access surgeries such as eXtreme Lateral Lumbar Interbody Fusion(XLIF), Oblique Lateral Lumbar Interbody Fusion(OLIF), Endoscopic/Tubular Microscopic Lumbar Interbody Fusion ( EndoTLIF/ MIS-TLIF), Cervical and Lumbar Disc replacement.

-Pain procedures such as kyphoplasty /vertebroplasty, pain management such as nerve injections, radiofrequency ablation, nucleoplasty, annuloplasty and pain blocks.

-We treat some of the more complex spinal surgical conditions such as selected cases of spinal infection, spinal benign tumor, spinal malignant tumor with metastasis and spinal deformity with endoscopic spine surgery so that the patient can recover quicker to continue other treatment or rehabilitation to go back to normal function.

Together with our partners we provide care in Orthopaedics for both upper limb and lower limb fracture fixation, replacement surgeries, ligaments and soft tissue reconstruction and other orthopaedic treatment. We are renowned for providing ambulatory day-surgery for orthopaedic and spinal conditions.

Teleconsult

For both local and overseas patient, it is possible that we do wound check as teleconsultation as we often do not close wound with external stitches, so that one can return early after operation to their native country for recuperation.
